New York State's reply to request for information about forced electroshock.

This is a PDF of the 29 October 2007 reply by New York State Office of Mental Health to human rights activist Darby Penney under the state Freedom of Information Law (FOIL). On 2 October 2007 Darby had requested information about the State's acknowledged use of forced electroshock over the expressed wishes of the subject.
