31 August 2010: Quarterly Meeting of Opal Network in Eugene, Oregon

This next meeting will be on the topic of non-drug alternatives in mental health. The Opal Network brings together all groups and individuals throughout Lane County who support the voice and empowerment of mental health clients. MindFreedom helped begin this coalition, which has met quarterly since 2007.

Ted Chabasinski

Ted received electroshock at the age of six, and spent 10 years of his youth locked up inside a state psychiatric institution.
