Rick Snook Testimony to Support SB 363

On 14 March 2007 Rick Snook gave a powerful personal testimony in support of a bill for self-determination in the Oregon mental health system. Rick works with Empowerment Initiatives, Inc. in Portland, Oregon, an alternative run by mental health consumers and psychiatric surivvors.
