This TV show will be an Open Dialogue discussion forum. Wayne

Morin Jr. has done 32 radio-talk shows and is known as a

humanitarian, and is a concerned voice for the patients families. The

Department of Justice Civil Rights in Washington D.C. has had many

interviews with Wayne about the four State Mental Hospitals in

California. If you have a concern or an idea for the show, work at

either Napa, Patton, Metropolitan, or Atascadero State Hospitals, or

if you are a family member, friend or a concerned citizen and have

questions or would like to voice your thoughts about any of the

state hospitals on TV please send your contact information.
