Dr. Mark Popper of Fresno, California should be listed somewhere on this website as an alternative to the "Mental Health System". My son attended the center where Dr. Popper and Dr. McCready accepted clients who were psychotic as you could not believe and treated them with respect and kindness. Also there is a psychiatrist there once a week who writes prescriptions for people who are from out-of-state and cannot get a prescription in order to withdraw the proper way.
