Teleconference on Working with the Occupy Movement

MindFreedom sponsored a teleconference on the Occupy Movement & Movement to Change Mental Health System. You can listen for free!

You can listen to the teleconference for free by clicking here.

October 23, 2011

This teleconference was open to both MindFreedom members and non-members. In particular, we encouraged supporters of the Occupy movement to participate.

The host was Celia Brown, MindFreedom International Board President, from New York City.

Topics Included:

  • Examples of connecting mental health change and Occupy events from all over USA and Canada.
  • Linking mental health consumer/psychiatric survivor issues to Occupy and other movements.
  • Potential united actions in future.

We hope that you feel as inspired as we did!
