the USDOJ.  The USDOJ should be appreciated, for the ethics and honesty utilized in the report, within the restrictions of government policy.  This report is a TRUE expose of the failures of the ENTIRE Mental Health system and what it has devolved to,  under the influence,  leadership and oversight of
NAMI programs and their *colleagues*, involvement in the PUBLIC MH system, THE NAMI (et. al) LEGACY, IMO. This USDOJ report should be SHOWCASED on all MH Activisim websites. (Page 3 of the report, begins the true expose.)
