1) Please contact the Russian embassy in Washington, D.C. and ask for the release of Larisa Arap!

2) Please email to the USA consulate in St. Petersburg
While
of course the USA is not responsible for the confinement of Ms. Arap,
they can bring up these issues as a priority with the Russian
government. They are familiar with the situation.
Ask them to do what they can to release Larisa Arap.

Ask Ms. Kruger to visit Ms. Arap, so that we can get a clear picture of her condition, and to pressure the local authorities in any way possible to secure her release.
