An individual contacted the MindFreedom office saying their law firm is looking for survivors of Zyprexa. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS: This is simply a forwarded message, this is NOT necessarily a recommendation or endorsement of the announcement or services promised, this message was not originated by MindFreedom, that's all the info we have.

Dear Mr. Oaks,

I am one of many attorneys working on a nationwide class action that challenges Eli Lilly's failure to warn doctors and consumers about risks associated with Zyprexa use.  We allege that Lilly knew Zyprexa posed risks of weight gain, hyperglycemia, glucose dysregulation, diabetes and cardiovascular injury, but failed to adequately warn doctors or consumers in order to maximize its profits.

We filed claims on behalf of third party payers (represented by a union health and welfare fund) and consumers (represented by an individual Zyprexa user), but our consumer plaintiff has recently dropped out of the case for personal reasons.  I am presently looking for another individual consumer to replace him.  To qualify, an individual must have paid some of the cost of Zyprexa (due to a lack of insurance coverage or participation in a drug plan with a percentage co-pay), taken the drug, and either experienced some injury from the drug or not received any discernable benefit.

More information about our lawsuit is available from the following websites:

Very truly yours,
David Cohen
