MindFreedom has contacted Ray's state and federal elected officials, including Carolyn Laine, to ask about Ray's campaign against his ongoing involuntary electroshock, also known as electroconvulsive therapy or ECT. MindFreedom has not heard back from Rep. Carolyn Laine.
